Introduction
eZula is an adware which inserts advertising links to all the web sites you visit. If you see new sleazy links, yellow highlights on your favourite web pages that weren't there before then eZula is definitely running in the background.
What is eZula and what exactly does it do?
When installed, eZula will alter all pages viewed in IE, adding extra links to words and phrases targeted by advertisers. These links are unauthorized by the operators of the sites being viewed. eZula includes a downloader/installer which can be triggered by many web pages. It will insert advertising links in ALL the Web sites you visit.
TopText is a great Web navigation tool that brings you relevant information, based on the content of the page you are viewing. TopText adds yellow links to associated Web sites that provide you with relevant information to your browsing experience. TopText keeps in contact with a third party server but it is not known what information is exchanged.
Ezula's links lead to advertisers' sites. It also includes a downloader/installer which can be triggered by many web pages.

How to manually remove eZula Adware from your system?
* WARNING: Modifying your registry or system files can render your system unusable in case of any error. We strongly recommend you to Download Spy Sweeper in order to remove the ezula malware and other trojans safely from your computer.
If you don't want this beastie on your system (and I don't see why you would), it can be removed by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove, selecting TopText from the list, and pressing Remove. Removing eZula using the "Add/Remove Programs" item in the Windows Control Panel leaves the downloader/ installer intact.
- Uninstall eZula using "Add/Remove Programs" item in the Windows Control Panel. This does not uninstall the downloader/ installer.
- The System directory contains a 'stub.exe' file which is responsible for this. Before you can delete it you may need to use the command:
"%WinDir%\SYSTEM\stub.exe -UnregServer"
For Windows NT/2000/XP, the command is simply:
stub.exe –UnregServer
